At this time, we do not charge for shipping, so shipping costs on all products are free. We will choose the shipping option and carrier that is best suited to the product being sold. We will also include tracking once the order is shipped.
For some items, such as paintings, a signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the shipping method used.
If you live in an area with specific shipping needs, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) days of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please be advised that for large items, such as very large paintings, shipping options may be limited due to size.
We only ship within the United States (not including Hawaii, Alaska, or Armed Forces addresses). We also do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes and no international shipping is available at this time.
We will make every effort to ship small orders within three (3) to five (5) business days of receiving your order. Paintings will ship within five (5) to sever (7) business days to allow for proper packaging. If there are delays in shipping we will make every effort to notify you via the contact information provided with your order.
Please unpack all artwork/other items carefully and keep all of the packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
You have seven (7) days from the time you receive your purchase to decide whether to keep the item or return the item in its original condition for a refund.
We require all returned items to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) business days after confirming with us that it will be returned. You must provide a tracking number for the the returned shipment. So, if you receive an item and are not fully satisfied, you:
Have seven (7) days to contact us at email@example.com about your intent to return the item.
Have three (3) business days from the day you contacted us to ship out the item with tracking provided. ***Do not return/ship any return before contacting us first***
* If you do not notify us of your intent to return an item within seven (7) days of receiving it OR you do not ship the item within three (3) business days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)*
How to Return an Undamaged Item
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of the item delivery date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the item using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to send the item back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
Step 3 – Email us to complete the return process at email@example.com
Once the item safely reaches the artist, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs). Damaged paintings caused by improper packaging by the buyer will not be refunded.
What to Do If the Item Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your item delivery date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information.
Step 2 - Save all original packaging.
Step 3 - Take photos of damaged item and packaging. Please email these photos to us.
Step 4 - We will contact you to discuss next steps.
